Refunds when something goes wrong
A reading is composed for your chart and delivered the moment you pay, so we refund it when something has gone wrong on our side.

You get a full refund if
- your reading does not open, or opens incomplete or blank, and we cannot fix it within three working days of you telling us;
- you were charged more than once for the same reading;
- you paid but never received a working link, and we cannot restore it for you.
What is not refunded
A reading that was delivered and works as described cannot be refunded because you changed your mind or disagree with it. The complete sample reading shows exactly what you receive before you buy, and the free part of every reading shows your pattern and a glimpse of its ritual first.
How to ask
Write to hello@cosmicchemistry.co within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy, with your order number from the receipt and a line on what went wrong. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Once a reading is refunded, its private link stops working.
